Signing up is simple. You can go to www.mybookwise.com/slewis and click "Join Now" and then "Enroll a New Associate". You could also go to www.bookwise.com and click "Join Now" and then "Enroll a New Associate" -- you'd just have to enter my Associate number (106874) under Enroller ID. If you click Verify Enroller, my name should come up. Either way, you fill out all the info and you're ready to go.
